SCO Business Incubator Held in Omsk

From August 19 to 23, the city of Omsk hosted the International Youth Acceleration Program “SCO Business Incubator.” The Director of the program was the founder and owner of the international trade and investment company Consult Invest ITIC, Tatyana Seliverstova.

The SCO Business Incubator brought together more than 120 young entrepreneurs, experts, and mentors from 10 SCO member states. The program included over 20 hours of online activities and more than 10 in-person master classes and lectures dedicated to key issues of entrepreneurship development, international cooperation, and sustainable growth.

As part of the event, the “In the Name of SCO Youth Friendship” run was held over a distance of 2,025 meters. More than 500 participants took part, including forum delegates and local residents. During the program, young entrepreneurs signed over 80 cooperation agreements with representatives of business and public organizations from SCO member states. The signed documents open up new opportunities for joint projects, expansion of business ties, and deeper integration in key sectors of the economy.

Following the forum, the SCO Business Incubator Mentors and Investors Club was established. The Club will unite experienced entrepreneurs, experts, and business leaders to support youth initiatives and startups across the SCO space. It is intended to serve as a platform for knowledge exchange, investment attraction, mentoring support, and comprehensive project assistance at all stages of their development.

A particularly significant achievement was that the outcomes of the SCO Business Incubator were reflected in the Tianjin Declaration of the SCO Heads of State Council, adopted on September 1, 2025. This fact represents recognition of the program’s international importance and highlights its contribution to shaping a new generation of entrepreneurial leaders capable of defining the future of economic and humanitarian cooperation across the SCO.
